|Minimum Qualifications |
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field with three (3) years’ experience in the field. • Three (3) years’ clinical and clinical supervisory experience, including work in community service agencies with underserved and rural populations • Eligibility for MFT or LPC clinical licensure in Oregon and eligibility for inclusion in Oregon’s Approved Supervisor registry. • Visionary, collaborative leadership style • Demonstrated excellence in teaching and clinical mentoring at the MS level • Interest in developing a medical family therapy program
• Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field • Experience in developing a medical family therapy program • Experience with a “Self of the Therapist” model • Experience with hybrid course design and delivery • LPC with significant experience in marriage and family counseling • Grant writing experience
