Conducts initial assessments, develops treatment plan and strategies provides individual, group, family, case management and psycho-education to patients/families as assigned. Completes all required documentation in a timely manner as well staying current in all required competencies and licensure requirements. Schedules required amount of weekly appointments and maintains required amount of face- to –face time with clients. Also, completes access telephone screenings and outreach.
