SUMMARY: The Mobile Therapist performs a variety of job duties under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and clinical direction of the service prescriber via clinical updates and recommendations. Mobile Therapists provide individual and collateral therapy to an individual between the ages of 24 months and twenty-one years. Mobile Therapist provides services in a setting outside the office setting. Therapy sessions may take place in the community or in the client’s school or home. The Mobile Therapist develops and implements an Individualized Treatment Plan (when the lead clinician) with the child and family, identifying and highlighting child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths as well as areas in which the individual needs improvement. In certain situations, the MT supervises direct care staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: •Master’s Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth
