Evaluates patients, plans and implements an effective patient focused physical therapy program utilizing standard and specialized treatment techniques, effectively communicates and documents information regarding patients. Establishes and initiates discharge plans as necessary. Consistently evaluates outcome of care and provides continuous monitoring of patientsâ�� needs making appropriate modifications in the treatment plan. Maintain a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development
One to two years experience in either an acute hospital and/or rehabilitation department and/or outpatient clinic is preferred. New graduates without experience may qualify.
Possession of a valid Registered Physical Therapist license issued by the State of California or evidence that an application for registration has been accepted and current CPR certification (BLS)
