Our clinics are moving into the dynamic medical environment governed by the Patient Centered Medical Home and payment reform. At the core, both are putting the patient at the center of care and helping us reform the way we do business to improve outcomes and improve the experience of the patients as well as the staff at the clinic. Some of these measures include patient satisfaction surveys (98% approval), depression and drug screening, shorter waiting times, access to care, incidence of opioid prescribing, hypertension control and obesity counseling.
