Minimum Education:Graduate of an approved occupational therapy assistant education program: successful completion of minimum of two months supervised fieldwork experience: successful completion of the licensure process for the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Minimum Experience: Must possess ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team. 1+ year of practice experience as an COTA preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:Must have current licensure in South Carolina and certified by the NBCOT.American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
