TRA Occupational Therapist This position is part of a team that supports the market needs you must be willing to float throughout the market. Responsible for the administration, interpretation and evaluation of tests and measurements. Plans and modifies treatment programs. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. Interprets physician orders and requests interpretation as necessary. Administers and interprets tests and measurements of patients. Reviews patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modifies treatment plan accordingly. Develops functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations. Develop, improve or restore skills in activities of daily living, work or productive activities. Program requirements include: Employees must be willing to work across multiple San Antonio Baptist Health System facilities to include Baptist Medical Center, Mission Trail Baptist, North Central Baptist, North East Baptist, Saint Luke�s, Resolute health hospital, and Tenet facilities in their respective market. Employees are required to work a minimum of two (2) total shifts per month, one (1) weekend shift per month, and one (1) holiday per year, (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
Qualifications:
Minimum education Bachelor�s Degree from an Accredited Program in Occupational Therapy. Minimum Experience Must have two years of current experience in their speciality Required Certification/Licensure State License
