Senders Pediatrics, located in suburban Cleveland, seeks another compassionate full time physician to join our exceptional team of providers. Our practice of 7 physicians and 7 nurse practitioners currently sees patients for all conditions from birth to 24 years. We have expanded our services to age 30 years for patients with mental health conditions (anxiety, depression and ADHD) and developmental disorders (autism and Down Syndrome). We are exploring the opportunity to expand the full breadth of our services to age 40 years in the near future as well as adding a unique Family Weight Management program. If you decided to become a physician because of your love for the primary care of patients, your appreciation of the need to work within a Patient Centered Medical Home model and the opportunity to establish meaningful relationships with both patients and their families within an evidenced based framework, then Senders Pediatrics may be a great home for you.
Features of our opportunity include:
•A caring, holistic alternative: We started Senders Pediatrics more than thirty years ago to offer families a caring, holistic alternative to impersonal pediatric offices. It’s obvious from your first step in our door. Our lobby contains a 2.5 story, fully functional tree house with a 16 foot slide that sends a powerful welcoming message to both parent and child.
•Value added services: Key differentiators of our practice are the unique parenting, research, learning style, breastfeeding medicine and literacy programs that we offer our families some of which are the only ones of their kind in the country. We are the only practice in the area to have a behavioral health program with licensed therapists and a hypnotherapist integrated within our clinical program. And our commitment to value based quality programming has earned us “preferred status” by most insurance companies. Parents view our practice as their “go to” solution for all things related to the care of children, adolescents and young adults.
•Award winning practice: Senders Pediatrics has being recognized by Parent Magazine and the American Academy of Pediatrics as one of the most innovative practices in the country. Our website has been tapped as one of the top 10 medical websites in the country. https://www.senderspediatrics.com/
•Research and teaching opportunities: Senders Research has participated in over 200 clinical research trials. Our record of success has earned us a reputation as one of the finest research facilities in the country and our providers have been published in prestigious medical journals including the New England Journal of Medicine. Physicians in our practice interact closely with pediatric and family practice residents and nurse practitioner students and all have an academic appointment at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Our unique in-office CME program provides ongoing education to our entire staff.
•Collegial culture: Our office of seven pediatricians and seven nurse practitioners has a collegial feel as we regularly collaborate to provide outstanding care to each of our patients. That is why our ideal candidate must have superb communication skills.
•Proudly Independent Patient Centered Medical Home: We remain one of the only independent pediatric practices in Cleveland which affords us the opportunity to draw from the best that the city has to offer and move quickly to respond to changing health care conditions. And as a longstanding PCMH, we have abundant experience with the latest healthcare innovations including team based care, population management and centering parenting.
•Affordable living in beautiful suburban neighborhoods: Housing is extremely affordable and there are a variety of homes from traditional to modern in the communities near our Center. Residents enjoy a slower pace of life while an abundance of cultural and recreational amenities are located just minutes away throughout the Greater Cleveland area.
•Competitive salary and benefits: Salary, benefits and retirement packages are competitive.
