This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application. RESIDENTIAL: Plans, develops, coordinates, directs, and evaluates a large, integrated residential mental program to include inpatient psychiatry and domiciliary rehab program. Performs high-level management functions through participation in planning/oversight boards, councils, and committees. Develops and maintains continuing programs in the areas of professional peer review, organizational improvement, continuing education, clinical privileging and other improvement activities. Ensures effective operations for areas covered by Uniform Mental Health Services Handbook. Directs all activities of Residential and Inpatient MH Services including budget and fiscal management, HRM, strategic planning, and program management.
