Clinical Psychologist, Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI)
The Primary Care-Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Psychologist functions as an extension of the PACT Team and serves as the access point to mental health. The primary job function is to work within the PCMHI Program to assist in the delivery of evidence-based care for Primary Care patients with a variety of emotional, behavioral and psychiatric problems. The primary goals are assisting primary care team members with identification, treatment, and management of mental health and behavioral medicine conditions in the enrolled population. Routinely consults with primary care team members about plan of care for patients and conducts effective curbside consultations.
