We seek candidates with professional experience in educational and/or mental health counseling within K-12 and/or postsecondary educational settings, a record of successful teaching experience at the college level, a demonstrated ability to effectively partner with schools and/or colleges, an established record of scholarship, and a demonstrated ability of successfully mentoring students in research and professional development. Applicants should also be skilled and demonstrably committed to supporting the development, well-being, and success of students whose racial, ethnic, gender, and/or sexual identities remain underserved within K-12 and postsecondary education sectors.
