Social Worker
The incumbent has direct responsibility for the provision of social work services provided for all social workers and other multi-disciplinary staff in the CIS. The position directly supervises a group of Coordinators performing work at the GS- 13 level and Social Work Supervisors at the GS-12 levels and below, including Advanced Practice Social Workers and Social Work Program Coordinators and Managers. Directly performs the administrative and personnel management function relative to all of the social work staff in CIS. The incumbent is responsible for all hiring actions and personnel actions relative to disciplinary procedures or termination.
