This position will provide religious/spiritual assessment and intervention for patients and families in accordance with the family`s identified spiritual. Collaborates with multidisciplinary staff and external faith leaders to coordinate services and ritualistic ceremonies as requested.
Education
Four units Clinical Pastoral Education. (Required)
Experience
Pediatric hospital or healthcare experience. (Preferred)
Certifications
Current licensed and ordained Minister, Priest, or Rabbi, or equivalent certification and licensing by an association of professional chaplains. (Required)
APC Board Certified Chaplain, or equivalent (Preferred)
