Pacific Neuroscience Institute (PNI) is looking to hire a full-time Clinical Neuropsychologist for the initial phase of Pacific Brain Health Center at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center (LCM) in Torrance. This is a new clinic that seeks to support brain health and well-being via a collaborative team for adults and older adults presenting with cognitive concerns. Major responsibilities will include providing direct clinical neuropsychological evaluation services in the clinic (preparing reports regarding cognitive status, recommendations and other documents on patient status for referring physicians). The majority of time will be spent doing clinical work. Over time, a smaller portion of time may be spent in teaching and/or research.

• Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited university (required)
• 2 years of formal post-doctoral training in Neuropsychology and experience with older adults (required)
• Current, valid license to practice Psychology in California (required)
• 1 or more years of experience training and supervising predoctoral and/or postdoctoral trainees in clinical neuropsychological assessment (required)
• Neuropsychological scientific/research experience and interest in research (required)
• Monday to Friday schedule, 100% outpatient with no call
• Bilingual preferred

In collaboration with the Saint John's Cancer Institute, the Pacific Neuroscience Institute focuses on translational research and clinical trials, fellowship education, continuing medical education and treating patients with a wide spectrum of neurological and cranial disorders. With 10 medical and surgical subspecialties, including neurology and neuro-oncology, the institute provides minimally invasive care to restore quality of life.
