Palliative Care Unit's Social Worker is responsible for providing for the psychosocial needs of veteran residents of the Palliative Care Unit. The incumbent serves as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team, and participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and completes the assigned social work section of the MDS. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
