The Cincinnati VA Medical Center is seeking a licensed Independent Social Worker for the Medical Center's HUD-VASH Program located within the Community Outreach Division. As a team member the Social Worker will utilize the components of the program to assist in moving Veterans and their families out of chronic homelessness to help improve their overall well-being.
