The Incumbent serves as the professional leader of the Primary Care/Mental Health Integration Program (PC/MH Team), co-located with the Primary Care medical teams, with an emphasis on integration of mental health services within primary care. This responsibility requires broad based clinical, administrative and supervisory knowledge and skills. Basic Requirements: Citizenship. Be a citizen of the United States.
