The incumbent serves as a Social Worker in the Primary Care Patient Care Center (PCC). The Primary Care PCC, located at the James J Peters VAMC, consists of a wide range of comprehensive clinical and administrative programs which include oversight for three Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located in Queens, White Plains and Yonkers. The incumbent normally works at the main facility (James J Peters Bronx VAMC) but is required to work at the other locations as necessary. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
