This fulltime position consists of a psychologist to work within the Primary Care Mental Health Integration Team (PCMHI) to assist in the delivery of evidence- based care for Primary Care patients identified with a variety of behavioral and mental health issues including mild to moderate depression, anxiety and substance use problems. In addition, behavioral concerns include, but are not limited to, sleep, tobacco use, and medical adherence issues. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
