The Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC) Outreach Social Worker provides triage services, psychiatric assessment, referrals and support for homeless Veterans in community based shelters, soup kitchens and places where homeless Veterans may congregate. Services provided include provisions of high quality case management, individual counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy, and coordination/linkage to other appropriate VA or community service providers/agencies. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
