What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric Veterans in an ambulatory setting, focusing on continuity and whole-person care.
Lead an integrated PACT team (RN, LPN, clerk, and support staff) to manage chronic disease, preventive care, and acute concerns.
Practice evidence-based medicine with access to on-site specialists, mental health, and ancillary services within the VA system.
